1. OVERVIEW

1.1. Aldex Win Ltd (hereinafter — the "Company") is dedicated to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can cease to be an entertainment and become a problem.

1.2. The Self-Exclusion Policy allows Users to voluntarily restrict their access to the platform as a tool for self-help and prevention of gambling-related harm.

2. TYPES OF RESTRICTION

2.1. Cool-Off Period: A temporary suspension of account access for a short duration (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

2.2. Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent ban from all services provided by the Company. This typically ranges from 6 months to a permanent lifetime ban.

3. PROCEDURE FOR ACTIVATION

3.1. To activate self-exclusion, the User must contact our support team via email at support@aldex.win using the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".

3.2. The request must include:

  • Full name and Account ID.
  • The desired duration of the exclusion.
    3.3. Once the request is processed, the Company will:
  • Block access to the account.
  • Cancel any pending withdrawals (funds will be returned to the original payment method where possible).
  • Remove the User from all marketing and promotional mailing lists.

4. TERMS OF EXCLUSION AND IRREVERSIBILITY

4.1. Strict Enforcement: Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it is irreversible. The account will not be reopened under any circumstances.

4.2. No New Accounts: The User agrees not to attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.

4.3. Systematic Checks: The Company uses automated tools to identify and block any "duplicate accounts" created by self-excluded individuals using similar personal data or IP addresses.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1. The Company shall not be held liable if a User bypasses the self-exclusion measures by providing false information, using third-party identities, or employing technical workarounds (e.g., VPNs or masked IP addresses).

5.2. Any stakes placed or winnings accrued using an account created in violation of a self-exclusion agreement will be voided and forfeited to the Company.

6. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that no further deposits are attempted. The Company is not responsible for any financial losses incurred if the User manages to deposit funds on a new account while under self-exclusion.

7. REINSTATEMENT POLICY

7.1. For temporary "Cool-Off" periods, the account will be automatically reactivated after the period expires.

7.2. For fixed-term self-exclusion (e.g., 6 months), the User must send a written request to support@aldex.win after the period ends. A mandatory 24-hour "Cool-Off" period will be applied before access is granted to ensure the User has made a deliberate decision.
