Registration No: 16207

License No: ALSI-202512034-FI1

Jurisdiction: Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros

1. PRINCIPLES OF FAIR PLAY

1.1. Aldex Win Ltd (hereinafter — the "Company") guarantees that all lottery draws, virtual games, and casino titles are based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

1.2. Our RNG algorithms are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are mathematically random, unbiased, and cannot be manipulated by either the Company or the User.

1.3. Compliance with fair play standards is a requirement of our licensing under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005 of Anjouan.

2. LOTTERY TICKET PURCHASES

2.1. A lottery entry or ticket is deemed valid only after the transaction is successfully recorded in the Company’s central database and/or blockchain ledger (if applicable).

2.2. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they have received a transaction confirmation/ticket ID.

2.3. The Company is not liable for "incomplete" purchases resulting from internet connectivity issues, browser failures, or late submissions after a draw has officially commenced.

3. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION AND JACKPOTS

3.1. Verification (KYC Level 2): Any significant winnings or Jackpots (as defined by the Company’s internal limits) are subject to mandatory enhanced verification. This may include:

  • Submission of notarized identification documents.
  • Verification of the source of funds used for the stake.
  • A "waiting period" (typically 7–30 days) to conduct a full audit of the gameplay and system logs.
3.2. Taxation: The User is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or fees applicable to their winnings according to the laws of their country of residence (e.g., specific regulations in Brazil, Mexico, or Argentina).

4. FINALITY OF RESULTS

4.1. Binding Outcomes: The result of any draw or game round displayed on the Company’s server is the only official result. Any local display on the User's device that contradicts the server logs is considered a technical error and is not legally binding.

4.2. Dispute Limitations: Results cannot be disputed based on "luck," "patterns," or "expected outcomes." The only grounds for a dispute are a proven technical malfunction of the RNG engine, verified by the game provider.

5. TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS

5.1. "Void if Malfunction": In accordance with industry standards, any technical malfunction of the software, hardware, or RNG system voids all play and all pay for the affected round.

5.2. In the event of a proven system error, the Company’s liability is limited to the refund of the initial stake/ticket price associated with the error.

6. MAXIMUM WINNINGS LIMITS

6.1. The Company reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per draw or per 24-hour period for lottery and RNG games. These limits will be clearly specified in the game rules or the General Terms and Conditions.
